iOs player issue

Hello. I have an premium player, and hls-ready files (main m3u8, child m3u8 for each resolution, and loads of .ts files). Works great when i use desktop, but when i trying to play it on iOs devices it returns me an "Cannot connect to the server" error and then "Error loading media: File could not be played". What i do wrong?

now jwplayer is turned off on all site.

Well, no one can debug your site without seeing it. Put up a little test page somewhere.
