Using JWPlayer without limited internet restrictions
I have a customer (major auto OEM) complaining about not being able to view videos. Come to find out, when a user clicks on the play button it just shows the loader spinner and never plays. I am being told that JWPlayer isn't an allowed plugin/browser object from their IT. I am suspecting that it might be do to JWPlayer possibly communicating for analytics and such, but can't reach so it gets stuck. It is also possible their restrictions on browsers might be blocking the player as well. Any ideas on what causes the spinner to not go away and play the video?
