VASTAdTagURI video tracking events

Hi team.

We've noticed that JWPlayer's embedded VAST plugin doesn't support video quartiles events for parent VAST, while playing via "VASTAdTagURI".

We have tracking tags for firstQuartile, midpoint and thirdQuartile but we don't see them in the network log - http://take.ms/GqwZx (only Impression and video complete)
