VAST Video + VAST VPAID ClickThrough

Hi team.

Some time ago we've noticed that DART had begun to include self copy inside VAST (screen - http://take.ms/Jye3i ) which is used by VPAID component.
Example - http://ad.doubleclick.net/pfadx/N6993.150700ADOTUBE/B8494243.115137600;sz=0x0;ord=[timestamp];dcmt=text/xml
According to IAB specification it's totally valid VAST. But, using JWPlayer's embedded VAST plugin, on click we have two landing pages.
Looks like VPAID component opens first page and VAST plugin opens second one, using url from "ClickThrough" section.
