video not playing in safari browser

My mp4 video works in every browser except safari. I can not seem to find an answer why.You support site is not giving me the answer i need. I am on a trial version. We will not purchase until satisfied that this works in every browser.

Can you offer a link to where this is running? Also, if using a standard HTML5 video tag, are you able to get this video to play/appear properly?
