Wrong placement of Non-linear Overlay Ads

Recently, our non-linear overlay ads have started getting moved off the screen, or placed in unusual places.

I even had a testing page set up to ask another question about overlay ads in this forum, and we haven't modified it since then, but it also started having the problem.

Here are two variations that can be seen for testing this, with two different sizes for the player entered into the tag settings:

We're not sure if this is a bug in JW Player, or some accidental settings in the ad tags, but we don't believe anything was changed on any of it.

Have you seen this behavior before, and do you have any recommendations to fix it?

There are a few possible reasons why this could be happening. We are speaking with Google to find out what may have changed with their plugin, or our player.
