Jw player Offline

Can't seem to get Jwplayer 5.10 to play a file offline.
Turned the 4 settings in jwplayer.js that say allowscriptaccess to "never".

But it still gives a flash unsafe security warning, saying it's trying to contact online for plugins.longtailvideo.com.

Is there an example of what the embed should look like?

JW 5 is obsolete and unsupported, which is why old links to the files and the configuration guides no longer work. But my basic JW setup seems to work OK offline - see the page code here:
