Can you try doing the following fix:

Inside of the file:
jwplayermodule.php

Change this line:
define(“JWP6_USE_CUSTOM_SHORTCODE_FILTER”, true);

To this:
define(“JWP6_USE_CUSTOM_SHORTCODE_FILTER”, false);
