Playlist into Word Press
How do I embed an RSS playlist into Word Press. I have already an existing RSS and can save time if I do not have to create a new playlist in Word Press.
I tried to make a media file a rss but it did not show up on page.

If the JW Player plugin for WordPress is not working for you, you could embed the player with your RSS feed directly on your page. Please see http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1406723-mp4-video-embed and http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1406722 for more details.
So if I add the player and license script to the head of the theme I can use the player absolutely the same way I normaily do on a Linux web server? And I do not have to use the plugin in the backend at all?
Yes, that is correct. You don’t need to use the JW Player plugin for WordPress, but it does make some things easier if you don’t want to have to enter the HTML or Javascript code on your own. As I always say with WordPress, what you gain in convenience, you lose in customization.
Thanks heaps, I hate having to add all the external URL's when I have them in a playlist already. Just to be sure... does it matter if the plugin is installed and I also use the traditional method, because I can see the plugin script in the head and i don't want it to conflict
If you have the plugin installed, you won’t need the jwplayer.js script in the head as our plugin will insert one automatically. One thing to watch out for, however, is that you will need to update the plugin from time to time. If you insert your own cloud-hosted player link in the head, it will always link to the current release of our player.
Ok I might have to revisit this because I tried to embed and it did not show which is why I posted the question in the first place.
Solved. Must use text editor tab not visual tab (wysiwyg)
Good point. I will be sure to mention that when customers are working in WordPress.
