How to upgrade to an Enterprise Version

Dear Support,

We‘ve bought a premium version of JWPlayer for embedding in our website. Before purchasing, we compared the feature list (http://www.jwplayer.com/pricing/) between PREMIUM and ENTERPRISE Version for our needs with the result, that the PREMIUM edition was sufficient for our requirements. Now we’ve have come to the understanding, that these versions obviously have more differences than the feature list described. Its really aggravating, that the difference between this both versions are not fully documented.

On our opinion it’s unacceptable for a professional application, that the application needs a connection to “Longtail”. Unacceptable is also, that any data is being exchanged between the JWPlayer and Longtail! Our compliance regulations require that an application must be run complete and without any connection to other system running on our system

Therefore I’ve 3 questions:
• Are there other differences between the two versions?
• How can we update to the ENTERPRISE Version
• Tell me the price and the process, how we can update?

Thanks a lot
Best Regards

Thiemo Paulus

The Enterprise version of our player enables the following features:
-Support for DVR HLS streams
-Support for AES-encrypted HLS streams
-Support for CEA-608 captions in HLS streams
-Support for Chromecasting from our player
-Allows advertising (if you include Ads on your price quote)
-Allows for more than ten domains

Upgrading to Enterprise requires a price quote and contract from our sales team. I have escalated your inquiry to them. Someone will be in contact with your shortly.
