Show fullscreen button before video get started

Is there any change that we can show fullscreen button before the video get started? It should be visible all the time.

I can do this with custom js for html5 player. But I can't do that for flash.

Looking for params.

Also, can we show the controlbar first action? I mean user should see the control bar when they viewing the website and not started the video.

My understanding is that we cannot show the fullscreen button until the video has started playing.
No, there is currently not a way to display the control bar via an API call. The user would see the video and a play button, but the control bar would not show until the video playback has started.
