iframe work but jwplayer say no playable source found, why?

how to force video palyer on iframe with jwplayer, is it possible?
the link is from picasa, its working on iframe but jwplayer dont.
sample link :

but if i used with jwplayer its say no playable source found,

JW Player requires either a direct link to a video (an MP4), or to a YouTube video. It doesn't support Google videos, which are using their own player script.

The jwplayer takes a video URL path as the file parameter. It cannot take an html resource or iFrame code.

you just need to add type:"mp4", in jw embber :)
