Chromeless Player for serving ads

I am wanting to display a video ad as an overlay to non video content. I can not locate any code to do this. Amy and Brian discuss this capability in this video presentation: http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1620821-video-more-money-less-problems

We have html content that we want to have a video ad load over the content before the viewer can access it. Can you provide sample implementation code?

In this case, you’d use a blank video content file with a preroll ad and use our API to listen to its progress.
